Carry forward-Film Son of Sardar 2 brings Ajay Devgn back as Jaswinder Singh Randhawa with his hilarious comic sense. His jokes along with his stupendous and fantabulous acting calibre leaves the audiences in splits of laughter. The story is well suited to the family audiences.

Story: Jassi is strolling all alone in the streets of London. He is keen on rejuvenating his relationship with his wife Dimple as she has decided to go in for a divorce. He happens to meet a Pakistani female -Rabia.[Mrunal Thakur] She organises dancing groups for weddings. There occurs a huge U Turn in the intriguing story when Rabia’s friend Danish’s[Chunky Pandey] daughter Saba [Roshini Wallia]falls in love. Here follows the crux of the story…this boy’s father Raja [Ravi Kishan]is keen on bringing a good Indian daughter in law….so will he accept Saba, a Pakistani girl as his daughter in law? The film delves and highlights the tension with India and Pakistan with this twist. Also, what is being cooked while Saba gets her father to meet her boyfriend’s father? The crux of the story starts rolling from here with full on comedy and laugh riot throughout. The million-dollar question is…Is her father real or fake?

Direction: Vijay Kumar Arora ‘s direction is worth a watch. He has done a wonderful job by balancing comedy scenes, not forgetting to hold the emotional nerves of the audiences as well. The second half of the movie needed to have a little more gripping value. However, Son Of Sardar 2 is the perfect family film which will allure them as well as zen z.

Cast/credits Performances: Ajay Devgn needs no introduction on par with his acting calibre. His punch lines, comic timings and dialogue delivery -without an iota of doubt leaves one and all in splits of laughter. Yes, this time his style is also good enough to attract his fans. Mrunal Thakur is just fine, nothing much to vouch about her performances. Ravi Kishan brings in the Punjabi energy. He is a true patriot in the film, his love/respect for the country and family makes his character worthwhile. Leaving his typical impression on the screen. And Deepak Dobriyal (as a transgender) has performed his character with zeal and zest that will keep the audiences at the edge of their seats. Sanjay Mishra and Vindu Dara Singh add their talent to the intriguing story line with their electrifying persona. All the rest of the characters are just apt in their roles.

Late Mukul Dev-as Tony leaves an undying impression in this film proving his acting mettle to the best of his ability. This will be his last film. Recently, he has left for his heavenly abode.

Music: Foot tapping numbers like, Pehela Tu duja tu…. Najar Battu- has already become viral on social media. Music is fascinating enough.

Screenplay/Dialogues:

The comedy jokes especially leave an undying impression on the audiences as surely each individual will be seen murmuring it while leaving the theatre.

Cinematography/editing

Both Cinematography/editing leaves no stone unturned to fetch additional perks to the intriguing storyline.

All in all- Son Of Sardar 2 – A perfect family film- A story with fresh, mix of comedy, action and emotions… with all the ingredients matching stupendously fine and in sync with all the spheres of film making.
