Hyderabad: The Pet Basheerabad police booked a case against BRS MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy for threatening Vision Property Management Services (VPMS) in Madhapur for asking to clear Rs.19.92 lakh pending dues for providing housekeeping at Arundathi hospital at Dundigal.
The case was registered based on a complaint lodged by Kollu Yesu Babu of VPMS. In his complaint, Babu said that they have been providing housekeeping, security and manpower services in the name of Vision property Management services from 2005 from Madhapur.
The company submitted a housekeeping quotation to Arundathi hospital. After the hospital accepted its letter, the company started housekeeping services from February 25, 2022 by engaging 28 housekeeping manpower and relevant material.
The company has been raising invoices on a monthly basis and the same was not fully cleared and deductions were made on their own on flimsy ground. In spite of rendering housekeeping services along with material, the hospital management kept Rs.19.92 lakh dues pending even after submitting several representations to clear them.
Even after the complainant’s written representations and notices, there was no response and recently through the efforts of some common friends, the hospital founder promised to clear the pending dues. However, Rajasekhar Reddy, who had actually agreed to pay and settle the matter, has gone back on his word betraying the trust they repose in him and started threatening the complainant that he would not pay any amount.
In case, if they continue to ask for payment of dues then his henchmen will finish him off, the FIR said. The case was booked under provisions of 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS.
