SJK Innovations’ Intelligent Tray Retrieval System (iTRS)
Coimbatore-based SJK Innovations, which provides automated discrete material handling solutions, has completed installation of its 100th Intelligent Tray Retrieval System (iTRS) machine at Indian airports.
The company on Friday said that it dispatched the 100th iTRS machine for installation at Bhogapuram International Airport in Visakhapatnam. The machine is a key automation solution used at airport security checkpoints. It streamlines the security check point experience significantly improving passenger flow, reducing manual intervention and increasing overall operational efficiency and hygiene, a statement from the company said.
SJK Innovations has installed its iTRS machines at several prominent airports, including Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport – Terminal 1 and Terminal 3; Lucknow Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport; Goa Mopa International Airport and Cochin International Airport.
It is currently executing iTRS deployments at Navi Mumbai International Airport; Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore; Guwahati International Airport and Bhogapuram International Airport.
