Hyderabad Metro Rail services were disrupted due to technical glitch on the blue line (Nagole to Raidurg) on Wednesday (January 29, 2025) morning. The services which got disrupted at around 8.30 a.m., were restored in half-an-hour.
In the meanwhile, Metro Rail authorities were forced to shift to manual mode for around 15 minutes which led to disruption of regular metro rail services on the blue line. This had a cascading effect on the green line as well.
L&T Hyderabad Metro Rail stated that the services encountered a temporary disruption caused by a signaling system technical glitch. A post from handle @ltmhyd on X at 9.17 a.m. stated: “We worked promptly to resolve the issue, and normal services have been restored. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused our passengers”.
