According to the U.S. Department of Justice, a Puerto Rican religion teacher had a ready-made pool of potential sex workers for her allegedly wicked schemes.

Lizamarie Rivera-Garcia, 42, was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges involving two boys, ages 15 and 17, on July 7. She is accused of sex trafficking the two teens.

“(Rivera-Garcia) knowingly and willfully recruited, enticed, transported, and maintained” the alleged 15-year-old victim in order “to engage in commercial sex acts,” according to the indictment. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between December 2023 and October 2024.

In addition, is accused of “knowingly employing, using, persuading, inducing, enticing, and coercing the same 15-year-old male minor to engage in sexual activity; transporting the male victim … with intent that the male individual engage in any sexual activity; and using internet instant messaging services and social media, to knowingly transfer and attempt to transfer obscene matter.”

At the same time, the teacher “knowingly and willfully recruited, enticed, transported, and maintained” the other minor victim in the case “to engage in commercial sex acts,” the indictment states.

She faces a minimum of 50 years in prison if convicted.

“A female religion teacher who had the responsibility to guiding our children about principles and beliefs was actually developing a plan to sexually assault them,” alleged Rebecca C. Gonzalez-Ramos, the special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations in San Juan.

Art teacher Nicole Hernandez (AKA Nikki Baird) allegedly had designs on a boy from the time she was instructor in middle school. Now, according to the Wichita Eagle, her school was aware of the illicit relationship a year before she was arrested.

Baird, 30, was charged in May with four felony counts of having unlawful sexual relations with a student. According to the affidavit, the male student was 17. Cops started investigating Baird after they were tipped off about an Instagram post that pointed the finger at the teacher.

School administrators were informed that the relationship between teacher and teen was hovering around inappropriate. Baird allegedly told the school administrator that she “got too close” to the boy and “crossed boundaries.”

The alleged victim told cops that Baird groomed him throughout his sophomore, junior and senior years.

“He described how she befriended him, then isolated him from others,” the affidavit read, adding that the grooming began with private interactions in Baird’s classroom before morphing into a sexual relationship.

“Baird messaged him about how her marriage was struggling,” the affidavit read. “One letter said, ‘I hope and pray one day I get the chance to be with you’ and ‘I know that I love you.’”

Later, at school, Baird began kissing the student on the neck when she hugged him. She then arranged for the two to meet again outside of school property, where Baird “kept asking him if he wanted her to kiss him,” according to the affidavit. “He said he was nervous and eventually said, ‘yes.’”

Baird made the boy promise to keep their interactions on the down low. But as graduation approached, the relationship became more intense. And on the night of his graduation ceremony the relationship was consummated in her Jeep.

“(The student) said he was nervous and felt pressured. He said, ‘yes,’” the affidavit read. “ … She (Baird) said things similar to ‘It’s OK’ and said they won’t get in trouble because he graduated.”

And then she offered him booze from a bottle tucked under her car seat. After graduation night, the teen and teacher would hook up for sex three to four times a week in the back of her Jeep. Baird also started sending raunchy nude photos of herself.

He kept the photos to be used against the teacher and eventually cut off communication after he “understood the relationship he had with Baird was inappropriate and he had been manipulated by Baird.”

Missouri teacher Rikki Lyn Laughlin has skated with five years’ probation after flooding a teen boy with sex photos and videos of herself. Laughlin, 26, also tried to lure the 16-year-old boy to her suburban St. Louis home for a sex romp while her husband was out of town on business.

The blond pleaded guilty to lesser charges. She had originally been charged with felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Tamper or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution, Statutory Rape – 2nd Degree, Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution, Furnishing Pornographic Material to a Minor, and Sexual Trafficking Of A Child – 2nd Degree – Under 18 Years of Age.

In addition, Laughlin solicited nude photos of the boy. The teen told cops that Laughlin had reached out to him on Snapchat and sent him nude photos and videos of herself.

But Laughlin was worried that people at school were talking and asked the boy to delete the photos and videos. She later admitted to detectives she talked to the boy over Snapchat but that he started it and she was unaware he was a minor.

She pleaded guilty last week to endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk.

A South Carolina dance teacher’s classes contained a lot more than the two-step. Cops say that the antics of Andrea Mizell, 45, raised red flags with parents “that conflicted with their morals.”

Mizell is accused of giving her students booze, having vulgar conversations with them, showing them sexually explicit photos of herself, and touching them inappropriately during dance practice, according to a police incident report obtained by Fox News.

She has been charged with four counts of second-degree assault and battery, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of disseminating harmful material to minors, according to court documents.

When officers spoke to the children who attended the dance school, they were told Mizell had given them alcohol and was having “vulgar conversations” with them. She also allegedly invited some of them to her apartment and served them margaritas while they watched a movie.

She also allegedly discussed her sex life with the students. Students told detectives that Mizell had also touched them inappropriately, including “in the private parts on the butt,” according to court documents reported in local media. She also allegedly stripped out of her clothes in front of the kids, exposing herself.
