Choctaw’s Mayor Morgan runs for 172 yards, 2 TDs vs. Putnam City
Choctaw’s Mayor Morgan announced his commitment to the Air Force football program on Tuesday.
A quick and shifty running back, Morgan is 5-foot-7, 175 pounds and coming off a breakout junior season.
He played a big role in Choctaw’s Class 6A-II championship run, finishing with 142 carries for 1,178 yards and 17 touchdowns along with 25 catches for 317 yards and four scores.
Morgan, who began his high school career at Edmond Santa Fe, was named to The Oklahoman’s 2024 Big All-City first team.
He announced he received an offer from Air Force on May 13.
