The feeling of playing behind two future Hall of Fame QBs isn’t lost on Steelers OT Broderick Jones.

At mandatory minicamp, Jones was asked to share his thoughts on playing with Russell Wilson last season, only to now be blocking for Rodgers the following year — and this was his response (courtesy of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette):

“Man, I was just thinking about that last night,” Jones said. “It’s like, dang, we really got Aaron Rodgers now. I never thought I’d be playing for those two quarterbacks, right? I watched them growing up — so it’s just like, playing with them right now is surreal. Going from [Wilson] last year to now [Rodgers] is just a crazy lineup to me.”

Aside from protecting Rodgers’ blindside, Jones faces major expectations this season, as the Steelers’ 2023 first-rounder hasn’t quite lived up to his draft status just yet — but a switch back to left tackle could be the fuel for a breakout 2025 campaign.
