Nobody is 100% happy over appointment of new functionaries, admits KPCC president

Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Sunny Joseph has said that the reported differences of opinion within the party over the recent appointment of new functionaries will be amicably sorted out through discussions.

“I will not claim that there is 100% agreement over the selection of the new office-bearers. However, it can also not be said that there is excess dissatisfaction… There may be some individuals who are unhappy. As far as the party is concerned, we have come up with a good team of leaders after a long round of discussions,” he told the media on Sunday (October 19, 2025).

Asked what steps were being taken to pacify such leaders, Mr. Joseph said it need not be discussed with the media.
