Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 137.85 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 3,769 cusecs and a discharge of 1,822 cusecs on Friday. The level in Vaigai dam was 69.52 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 2,349 cusecs and a discharge of 1,499 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 9,890.26 mcft.
