A daring daylight robbery has rocked the Louvre Museum in Paris, as masked thieves stole nine historic jewels from the Apollo Gallery in just seven minutes. Using a truck-mounted lift, the suspects broke in through a window and escaped on motorbikes. Authorities are investigating what is being called an “organised theft” of priceless cultural artifacts.
