Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday (October 21, 2025) instructed officials to ensure that all the citizen services are user-friendly and the welfare schemes and services of the government effectively reach the people.
Mr. Naidu reviewed the implementation of various schemes and services at the RTGS Centre in the State Secretariat. He asked the officials to use technology to implement and deliver government schemes and services in a hassle-free manner.
The Chief Minister asked officials to analyse the feedback from the citizens through data analytics and also to perform technology audit of the services provided to the citizens.
Mr. Naidu said he would also analyse the clearance of files by Ministers and Officials to know the pendency at various levels. He directed the officials to update the websites and apps that are being used for supply of sand and delivery of other services for the convenience of the citizens.
He said the information of various departments will be collected and analysed through data lake. The information related to medical and health, groundwater, and others should be used effectively to cut down the cost on the government, the Chief Minister said.
Mr. Naidu said that the drone usage was 2.10 lakh hours in the State, and asked officials to analyse the reduction of cost burden on farmers and utilise drones to monitor the use of pesticides. The Chief Minister enquired about the utilisation of CCTVs in reduction of crime and investigation in the State.
